His strategic and analytical mindset has contributed to year-over-year growth in every company he has worked with. Outside of the boardroom, he is an avid cyclist and enjoys mentoring the next generation of leaders.
With 28 years of operations experience spanning healthcare, project management, retail, and e-commerce, Sara is a passionate educator and a dynamic leader. She excels in investor and employee relations, financial modeling, and has a keen eye for spotting growth and improvement opportunities. A problem solver at heart, she is both analytical and relationship-driven, making her an invaluable asset to Stafford Hill Investments. Beyond work, she is an animal lover and dedicates time to mentoring small business owners.
A 25-year retired U.S. Navy veteran, David has led diverse teams and projects, bringing a strategic and problem-solving mindset to Stafford Hill Investments. His expertise lies in strategic communication, ideation, and building strong relationships. A natural leader and visionary, he thrives in roles that require strategic execution and long-term planning.
