  • What if I can’t attend the live group coaching sessions?
    All group coaching sessions are recorded and available inside the student portal, so you can revisit them anytime.
  • Do I need to be in a leadership role to join?
    No. This course is designed to help you grow into the leader you want to be—whether you're preparing for your next step, leading a team now, or looking to recalibrate your approach.
  • Are there any prerequisites?
    Just a willingness to grow and lead with intention. You don’t need a certain title, background, or number of years in management—only a commitment to showing up and doing the work.
  • Is there a refund policy?
    Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to materials, we do not offer refunds.
